ABOUT US

We are Wildcat Esports! Founded during the Spring 2020 semester, we are a 530+ member organization based in Utica NY! Offering 9 games across 3 leagues, we aim to be the biggest esports program in New York!

As of the Fall 2022 season, we offer teams in Overwatch, League of Legends, Rocket League, VALORANT, Smash Ultimate, Hearthstone, Rainbow Six Siege, Guilty Gear Strive, and Halo Infinite! We offer these games across the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC), the SUNY League, and the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) Star League.

Outside of competition, we host competitive and casual events throughout the academic year at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. From Smash Ultimate weekly tournaments to our very own 72 hour LAN party called "FragFest", we strive to create, plan, and run fun events open to all students and our community. 

 

We are one of five student organizations in the Student Government at Utica (SGU). It is thanks to SGU, SUNY Poly, our players, our community, and YOU that we are able to do what we do and do it successfully!
